There are two main branches to our Charlotte-based Personal Chef Services: Weekly Meal Services and Special Event Services, which includes dinner parties, small events, and in-home cooking classes.
A weekly meal service may be right for you if you are looking for delicious and healthy meals several times a week that are ready and waiting for you in your fridge. If you feel too busy to plan, shop, create and enjoy the food you love-this service can be a life saver! If you are eating out most nights per week this can actually save you money as well as time. I can create meals following almost any dietary guideline including: vegetarian, "paleo," and gluten-free, amongst others, as well as create meals for people with different food allergies and sensitivities. I can also create meals for those who need to follow certain diets for medical reasons such as sugar free or low sodium. Together we offer you the Food is Your Medicine programs. These combine my weekly meal plan services with her expertise in nutrition to help you feel like the most vibrant and healthy you possible.

Weekly Meal Service
My personal chef services include:
- Initial consultation where we'll talk about your food likes, dislikes, preferences & inclinations. If you're Paleo, no problem. Vegetarian? I can do that. Nutritarian- Got it. My goal is to provide delicious, nourishing food to you and your family. This is the first step.
- Menu planning and creation. I'll send you a proposed menu weekly for your approval and input.
- I do the grocery shopping for you using my hard-earned knowledge of where to get great, fresh local produce, goods and animal products. I prefer to support our local farmers and shop the local markets as much as possible as this is usually where the best fresh foods come from!
- Meal preparation. This will take place at a time and date specified by you in your home with my mobile chef kitchen. Or, I can create your meals in our kitchen and deliver them to you on your desired date and time. I can make from three to six meals per week for you.
- Your meals will be packaged for you in quality, reusable, oven and microwave-safe dishes with heating and serving directions included.
- Weekly check-ins with your personal chef to see how the meal service is going, i.e. what you love & don't love so I can continue to fine tune your meals to your tastes & needs.
Special Event Services
Whether you are looking to have an extra special meal at home with family and friends or are wanting to host an elegant cocktail party with amazing hors d'oeurves or have a fun and tasty holiday party, I can help you out with great dishes for entrees appetizers desserts and more. I also offer in home cooking classes ranging from 1-12 people.
- Dinner Parties ranging from 2 to 12 people. You invite your guests, I take care of the rest!
- Holiday and special event parties- up to 30 people. I offer a wide range of finger foods and more substantial offerings to choose from. Contact me to build a customized event that is right for you!
- In-home cooking classes: Get some friends together and learn how to cook some of your favorite cuisines with me, from Classic Southern Foods to Vietnamese Street Food. I'll share tips and tricks as well as techniques and awesome recipes. Fun for one or groups up to 12 people.
